Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Food Neglection
I ate at a fast food restaurant and while I was eating my chicken nuggets, I bit into a big chicken bone chunk and chipped my tooth. I still have the chicken nugget with the bone partly attatched. I am wondering if I could use this and go after mcdonalds. I feel that this fast food reastaurant needs to tell consumers that they need to beware that there could be chicken bones, etc. If I would have known I could bite into a bone, I don't think I would eat them. Please let me know if I have a case. I just think that they needs to take blame for the food that they make. Now I am in the process of paying for a chicken nugget that is going to cost over $1000 to get fixed.

The restaurant will probably pay for your dental work if you contact them. If they do not satisfy you, contact an attorney.
