Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Foreign Object found in purchased Baked Goods
A jagged piece of plastic was found in a donut hole from a batch purchased at a local retail store. I do feel that this is a matter of public safety, but I don't know if I should merely inform the retailer or if I should seek legal counsel. Could you please advise as to what would be the best thing to do?

I assume that you did not suffer any injuries. Notify the manufacturer. You could also notify the Health Department.
