Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
House Cleaning
I cleaned a house 2 weeks ago, the owner ended up shutting off the water while I was there due to a leak so I was not able to finish the job. She walked around the house, told me it was ''Perfect'' and proceeded to pay me cash. Now 2 weeks later, she wants half her money back claiming that the job was not done per the agreement, sent me pictures, etc. What legal recourse does she have, if any? What should I do at this point??

Re: House Cleaning
Since she already paid you, after examining the work, you owe her nothing more. She would have to sue you (in small claims court). Don't do anything.
