Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah

Intenet company removing items from puchase before shipping.

I puchased a paintball gun from a company off the internet. It comes from the manufactorer with a battery and battery charges included in the box. The company's website states that they do not open boxes or inspect items prior to shipping. It also does not state that it does not come with those two items. Before shipping the item to us they opened the box removed the battery and charger and then shipped it to us. I would assume that this is more than deceiving. I have been in contact with them and they refuse to send the items to us stating that they remove them and adjust their prices accordingly. It does not say this on there site. They refuse to send me the parts that should have been included. Is this legal?

Sounds like you got ripped off. Call your credit card company and also the attorney general for the state where the seller is located and file a complaint.
