Is it legal for a business to not except $100.00 bill's?
Is a 100 dollar bill not legal tender for all dept's public and privite?
I went to a taco bell and they refused to take my 100 dollar bill, is that legal? If so how?

If a business does not have change for large bills, they usually have the discretion to not accept them even though it is true that it is legal tender.
