Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
License
Does the term ''license'' apply broadly to contracts such as resellers agreement or do I need to be careful in using this term? Would it be acceptable to represent that I have a resellers license if I have a right to distribute a product?

Re: License
Legal definition of license: a right or permission granted by a competent authority (as of a government or a business) to engage in some business or occupation, do some act, or engage in some transaction which would be unlawful without such right or permission.
