Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Online poker
I have been playing free online poker for quite some time, the other day there was a tourney that paid cash for top 20 places, yet required no buy in. I won some cash and was curious if I am illegal in doing that due to living in Utah? If not can I use the money I won and continue to bet? (Since it really never was my money)
