Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah

overcharged for vehicle

Are there any laws that allow a grace period after you purchase a car? I have been overcharged and want to re-negitiate or return the car.

Re: overcharged for vehicle

Regretfully there are no such laws. Unless the dealer is willing to re-negotiate (unlikely) or unless you have a written agreement with the dealer allowing you a grace period, you have bought the car under the terms of the sale.
