my friend likes me to sell her things for her since she does not have a computer or other means. What legal forms or contracts should she use and what forms should i be using to protect myself too.

You should have an agreement which identifies each of you and the terms you agree to for the sales process. You should also have a list of items which are for sale to track sales.
