I have filed two complaints with the Salt Lake City licence department.. currently no response. please see letter that was sent. Dear Sir when My son-in-law signed up with your protection service on 3/24/08
when I arrived home after the equipment had been installed Kris Yarrington told me someone would be back to install smoke detectors and a motion detector for medical protection and fire, homeowners certificate of protection. I have not received these devices and will no lomger pay for services that is not being rendered.

and payments will commence.
this company contacted me and threatened me to pay or will report to credit companies. they told me if it wasn't written on the contract too bad! the home protection certificate was useless, please go to ripoffreport com and read over 40 complaints against this company. please help I want them to honor their contract and not destroy my credit. and let e out of mine. Is it possible to file a class action suit against Platinum Protection? you will be helping so Many people.
