Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
right of rescission
Today i bought entrance fee to a self help 4 day course. Some things about the course turned out to not be true, and there were some lies so i decided not to continue and was asked not to come back because i could negatively influence the other students. So how do i get to do my right of rescission?

File suit against the promoter of the course. If less than $7500 you can do it in small claims court. If the course is not promoted by a Utah promoter, you will have to go to the state where the promoter resides to get your refund.
