Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
I returned a product to Sears and they issued me a refund on my credit card as that is how it was purchased. I received my statement and it did not have the credit on there. I called them and they said that it was not in acceptable condition and the reversed the credit, can they do that?

They did it. Now you will have to go to court to prove the product was not in acceptable condition.
