Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Returning a New car without signing a loan
I signed on a car last night. We only did the purchase agreement on it. We did not do and loan paperwork. We have had the car a total of 10 hrs. We put a stop payment on our down payment. Can we cancel this deal seeing that we have not paid for the car? The car is back at the dealership and has the keys in it.
Thanks

Re: Returning a New car without signing a loan
You would have to have an attorney look at the paperwork to determine whether you are still obligated to purchase the car.
