Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
New RV Defects
I purchased a new RV. The first time I went camping in it the emergency window fell out while I was driving. I didn't notice it until I arrived at my destination. Am I the one responsible to pay for a replacement or is it considered defective or incorrectly installed in which case the dealer or Manufacture is responsible to replace the window?

Re: New RV Defects
This should be covered by warranty.
Have you not contacted the dealer?
Read the warranty or call the 800 # in the manual. You should be covered. Even if the warranty expired Ins covers most glass.
