Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
My school has terminated me for not attending classes for 2 weeks and are now asking me to pay the total fees even for the courses not taken otherwise they say they will send to collection agency what should i do?can they do that?I mean iam not getting the degree and had already paid 50% of fees do i still have to pay the whole amount?

The amount you have to pay is governed by an agreement you should have signed when you registered. Read that agreement to decide what you actually owe. You should be able to discuss this with someone in administration.
