Re: selling motorcycles or cars to underage children.
The age of "majority" is 18, after which the law assumes that a 18 or older person is legally responsible for any contracts he/she enters into. The 20 year old boy is a man in the eyes of the law, and has, apparently, purchased a motorcycle - and will have to pay for it or suffer the consequences.
However, if the purchaser was under 18, the contract may be "voidable."
