Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
If I sold a product through a classifieds website and the buyer discovered a defect after purchase am I under obligation to accept a return? I was not aware of any defect when selling.

What would you want someone to do if you were the buyer in the same circumstances?
Unless you had an agreement that the product was sold "AS IS" you should do the moral thing.
