Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Statute of limitations in auto repair
I had a mechanic fix my clutch incorrectly, and as a result, it wore out very quickly. When I took it to another mechanic soon after the repair, he informed me that it had been set too tight, and that is the reason why I already needed to replace it again. My question is, what is the statute of limitations in Utah for this case?
