Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
Truck Repair Problems
I own a small business with one truck. I have taken the truck into a repair shop several times over the past few months to have them repair the brakes as needed. Each time I have had to pay to have new brake pads replaced. And three times I have had to pay for new brake and rotors within two months of getting the new ones. This has cost me over $3,000. Today the brakes went out again. What should I do?

Re: Truck Repair Problems
Find out what is causing the brakes to fail prematurely. Take it to another competent mechanic. If it is the fault of the prior repair facility you should demand a refund. If no refund, sue in small claims court.
