Legal Question in Consumer Law in Utah
My wife and I bought a 2005 nissan pathfinder from a big dealership in northern Utah 23 days ago. The dealership needed to replace the transmission before we could take possession. We have been given 3 different pick up dates. All three days have come and gone, I don't foresee us getting it any time soon. I don't want to fight this any more and want retract the sale. We feel like I have been wronged and they have taken advantage of us. I am considering finding a lawyer... any ideas?

Give the dealer written notice, both regular and certified return receipt, with a short period of time to finish the transmission (5-10) days. Tell them if the car is not delivered that the sale is rescinded.
You may call for additional information.
