Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

In 2004 I was divorced from my wife, in the divorce decree it stated that she was responsible for all debts incurred from 1996 to 2004, however the collection agencies continue to come after me to pay these debts forcing me to set up payment arrangements or face wage garnishment. How do I get these agencies to stop coming to me for payment?

Force her to pay. File an order to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of court for failure to pay.
