Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah
Asset Capital Management contacted me about a credit card from 2004. He told me I would be subpoenaed to court, have my assets seized, etc. In fear, I gave my debit card and they charged me $200. After learning of this companies, deceptive ways, I filed a complaint through the FTC. Do I have any other recourse in this?
