Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

The bank wants a compounded $30.00 a month late fee ($1011.97) but has now camouflaged it as a maturity date fee impying that the car is not paid off from the 60 month contract, when in fact I have proof that it is. Isn't this fraud and deception?

Review the terms of the contract including this fee with a bank officer. If they do not satisfy you, sue the bank in small claims court.
