civil action

yes my ex had a judgement for a bank leve aginst him . my ex husband and I have been divorced over year. the case is his has his social on it but my account number. the money was pulled out of my 15yr old sons account and he is not his father.can I file a civil actoin aginst the attorney for comitting fraud on the court for putting my account # on his case?It was done without my consent or knowledge.

You must file a motion with the court that issued the garnishment to get the withdrawal cured. Do not wait, as there us only a short window of opportunity to reverse it.
