What to do if i don't have a

lawyer for my civil court date

1) Get one ASAP

2) Ask the court for a continuance to get a lawyer

3) If a complaint has been filed, you must file the answer or get an extension from the attorney or person who filed the complaint to answer.

4)If you do nothing you will suffer the consequences of a default judgment against you.
