Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

contract

I owe 19000.00 on my car. I am 66 and no longer feel safe to drive due to a diabetic eye problem I have tried selling it with a 'take over contract' but no luck. I live in Utah. What will happen if I give the car to the finance company?

They will sell it on the wholesale market, and then sue you for the difference between what you owe and what they get. Sell it yourself.
