My cousin is attempting to sue me because he says that i ruined his credit when he cosigned on a vehicle with me. I never missed a payment and always paid my loan on time, he went behind my back and although i was the principal person on the loan he refinanced the vehicle under his name alone and had the car taken from me. He now says that I owe him money for credit card debt he has nd for taking the car, I never borrowed money from him and let alone let anything affect his credit history, what can i do??

It sounds like you may have the right to sue him for wrongfully taking the car from you. You should not pay your cousin unless you rightfully owe him money. If sues you, counter sue him for your losses arising from his refinance and repossession of the car.
