Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

cred card application

My father listed me as a signature to on a business credit card application. I did never saw or signed the application. The bank (Wells Fargo) is now saying that I am a guarantor of that credit card and I am responsible for repayment. Is this legal? What can I do?
