Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

credit card debt

I separated from my wife in 1992 and divorced in 1998 She kept one of my credit cards from the marriage and I didn't know.I have never charged a dime on this card. Approx: 3 months ago was when I found out about the card from a Harrasing phone call from the creditor. Is there anything I can do.Balance is now 24000.00

Sue her for the balance; deny responsibility to the credit card company (who will not care since your name was originally on the card, but they have a track record of some payments over the past years.)
