Debt collection

If an agency is informed a number of times to not call me at my place of employment and is informed of my address and requested to send any communication by mail. If that agency continues to call my place of business do i have an action for harrassment?

If the agency is a collection agency or other agency with restrictions, it may be sued for calling at inappropriate times or places.
