Debt
my husband has passed away. He had a credit card with a company. I was not on this account at anytime. As his wife am I obligated to pay this debt.

If he left an estate which has assets, those assets should be used to pay his debts. If he did not leave an estate, make a copy of the death certificate and send it with a letter explaining that there were no assets left to the credit card company. You are not personally liable.
