Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah
I am default to a payday loan company and they are seeking judgement against me. I have to go to court. I am willing to pay and have approached them about a payment plan. When a judgement is placed against me, are they going to take away possessions or work out a payment plan then as they promise.

They can do either. If they get a judgment against you, it's up to them as to how they want to proceed to collect it.
