dentist suit

Have a dentist that filed suit, law services they retained want to go over my non-exempt property, the only thing I have is my car, but title is under my dad's name, what action will they take?

They will try to get all property under your control to pay the dentist. The car not in your name should not be taken, unless they prove it is yours.
