Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I am having a difficult time determining the Statute of Limitations for an overdrawn bank account; i.e., NSF debt. I do not know if this type of account is considered "open ended" or "written contract" or "promissory note."

This question is in regards to Utah, where the SOL for open ended accounts is 4 years, and 6 years for written contracts, so it makes a significant difference.

Thanks for the input!
