Personal Property was seized from home that did not belong to person in judgment. Other items that were jointly owned by person in judgment & his wife. Is that exempt?

Re: Exemption
A creditor may not take property except that owned by the debtor. If the debtor owns a partial interest, the property generally can be taken, but the non-debtor owner may object in court.
