The judgement in court was dismished with prejudice. now it is 01-04-01 and we all still battleing it . according to the law and attornys they have to take it off my credit repot. With this on I can't get in a home or cars etc.

Re: fair credit reporting
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you can sue for damages for reporting of wrongful information. You are entitled to your actual damages plus statutory damages of $500 and your attorney fees. Your actual damages is the amount of money which the wrongful posting actually cost you. Please call my office for a free consultation about this matter.
