Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah
what can I do if someone filed a "satisfaction of judgment" in my name and my social fraudulently in the court and it is now showing up in credit report as a negative public record. Any help would be appreciated!

A satisfaction of judgment means you paid off a judgment. If you did not have such a judgment, you can apply to the court to have it set aside.
