need legal advice to remove cosigner from a car loan that is to be paid off in ninty days, so said person cannot use that as leverage to keep working for him thank you--

A cosigner is automatically removed from liability for payment of a car when the loan is paid off. There is no law which requires a person to work for a co-signer, unless you have entered into an agreement or contract to work for the cosigner.
