Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

My husband and I brought a bank to small claims court a month ago, and we won our case. How do we go about collecting, if the bank is not willingly going to pay us our win? I live in Utah and the bank headquarters is in Oklahoma. I looked on a page about garnishment, but I did not really understand. Help please!!! Thanks

I am surprised that a bank does not just take care of it. I suggest you contact the State Department of Financial Institutions at http://www.dfi.utah.gov/. They govern Utah banks but I am sure can give you some suggestions. I am sure they can put some heat on the Bank.

You may want to consider contacting the Oklahoma equivalent of the Utah Dept of Financial Institutions.
