Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I have a husband with a buying addiction. We have been separated for 5 plus years because he is not easy to live with after a brain tumor. The problem is he puts his purchases on credit cards that do not have my name on the credit cards. As his wife am I responsible for his purchases if he struggles financially to pay them?

No you are not liable if you did not sign the application or use the cards. You should also either file for legal separation or divorce. Many creditors will harass you because of his debts.
