If a judgement has been entered for $250.00 four years ago, can a collection agency ADD additional fees on top of the $250.00 judgement?

Re: Judgements

Only for interest, unless the judgment allowed other fees, possible for attorney fees if provided in the judgment. If the collection agency is arbitrarily adding additional fees, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and can be sued.
