Levy on my checking account

My husband was taken to court for failure to pay a credit card debt. A levy was imposed on MY checking account and all my money was taken. His name is on my account but I am the sole user of this checking account. Do I have any recourse?

Fill out and file the request for hearing which should have accompanied the garnishment. Tell your story to the judge.
