Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I was living in Arizona and was selling a car to my Fiance's Daughter. My Fiance and I broke up and I moved back to Utah. I have a Promissory note for the car sale. She owes just over $3400 dollars and has not made a payment since September. I have contacted her on several occasions and have been told she has sent payments out, but I have not received them. Is there any course of action I can take that will not make it too costly for me to get paid?
