Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

mail fraud?

My ex-brother in law used my address for hospital services. I am receiving what I assume are bills for services rendered in his name at my address. I live in a different state than he does. Is this legal on his part? I haven't seen him or spoken with him in a number of years.

Notify the hospital of the address problem, and give them the last known address for your worthless ex-brother in law.
