Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah
I am trying to get paid from a judgement I receieved in California, the debtor has assests in Illinois, he is part owner of a corporation, how do I collect? My lawyer does not help, he won't return calls and this judgement is 10 years old.

You will probably need to get the judgment renewed in Ca. Then have it docketed in Ill. Then you can commence garnishment, attachment etc in Ill.
