payroll check

i put my check into my account then tired to pay my jeep payment my check did not clear their i could not pay my jeep then the bank reposted my jeep what could i do and is my boss respobile for this

You boss may have some liability. You will have to sue to find out for sure. If less than $7500 you can file your self in small claims.
