can they pull my credit reports?
I got a letter in the mail stating this company pulled all three of my credit reports, I never authorized, or have even had any contact with this company, my question is can they legally pull my credit without a signature? this caused my credit to go down!

If you can show that your credit score went down as a result of unauthorized access to your credit report you can sue them for damages and attorney fees.
