Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I received a Judgement against me in the state of Utah for an unpaid Medical bill for my son that my Ex Husband did not pay and should have paid. He lives in Indiana. I received a paper in the mail that said Judgement was set on 11/5/09 for a certain amount. I have tried making contact with Attorney for the Collection Agency requesting information on where to start sending payments and how much I can pay each month with a due date. I have not heard back from them and do not know what to do since the date is November 20th that I said I could start paying. Any advice on my rights or what I can do please let me know.

Keep trying to contact the attorney for the creditor. Get your ex to pay the debt, and if he refuses tell him you will be taking him to court to get an order for him to pay, and also for him to pay your attorney fees.
