repo

are van was repoed over christmas

2006 the leter to imform us of this and ask that we pay the back ballance was printed on 25th of Dec the van was taken on the 27th

we were not even given a chance to pay the negitive ballance. we had the money to pay 1 1/2 payments and that would have left 1/2 left. so when we did get in touch with this institution they wanted almost $2000 more just to start over again. no they are after me fast and furios what are my options? who coul;d i talk to ?

You are probably way too late to do much. By now the van has probably been sold, and the bank will want you to pay the difference between what you owed and what the van was sold for. Talk to the bank to see what they will do. Legally your only option is to pay or file bankruptcy
