What are the legal documents that need to be filed when a Judge has ordered an x-husband to restore and x-wife's credit and hold her not resposible?

What ever documents the judge ordered to be filed. Usually that kind of order requires performance. If the husband does not pay the debts in the ex wife's name, exwife can file contempt charges against husband. The judge can then decide what needs to be done to motivate the husband to pay the debts - including jail time.
